Modern Painted Country Kitchen

A contemporary-classic kitchen for a beautiful country home. This in-frame bespoke kitchen was designed with a beaded frame, moulded shaker doors and flat slab drawer fronts. The hand-painted finish allowed the client to select their perfect palette: ‘Cornforth White’ with darker ‘Railings’ adding a depth of colour to the feature island and canopy. Our brief was to create a family-friendly space that would be the hub of the home, to include a large feature island with stools, dining space and soft seating areas as well as create sensible storage and a visual focal point.
We opened up two rooms to create this impressive space where the kitchen and the dining area remained separate but connected. We built a bespoke canopy over the range cooker to give a focal point to the room, building storage into its structure as well as further storage in the adjacent worktop mounted larder, tailor-made for the space.
Finally, we created a new appliance wall by building a Siemens coffee machine and Miele wine cooler into an existing niche in a flush seamless design. This kitchen includes made-to-measure shaker panelling and pilasters, solid oak drawer boxes, Oak drawer boxes, Siemens, Mercury, Miele, Westin and Quooker appliances.
